Leslie Roberson is a dynamic founder, creator, and visionary whose life’s work bridges business strategy with human connection. A corporate leader turned entrepreneur, she believes that every chapter of life; whether in boardrooms, photo studios, or community spaces, holds purpose and power.
A Foundation Built on Discipline
Born and raised in Rockford, Illinois, Leslie’s story began with resilience and service. Stationed at Fort Bliss Military Post in Texas, she served in Patriot Missiles Control and worked in the National Security Clearance Office, where she collaborated with senior military leaders, led training programs, and streamlined key processes that sharpened her precision and leadership. While serving on active duty, Leslie completed her Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Park University, earning her degree just one week before leaving the military. She later accelerated through a demanding three-year MBA program at Aurora University, completing it in only one year; a testament to her unmatched drive and focus.
“Success is about creating spaces where you can thrive, and bringing others into that success along the way.”
From Service to Style
After completing her MBA and embracing motherhood, Leslie discovered a new way to express creativity; modeling. Signed with Select Model Management for over sixteen years, she has graced national campaigns for Dillard’s, Kohl’s, Meijer, and more. Her modeling career refined her understanding of brand storytelling, consumer connection, and confidence.
“Confidence doesn’t come from perfection; it’s built through showing up, standing tall, and believing you belong in every room you enter.”
